Who we are, and who we are not
Capella Tutors is an independent tutoring and academic support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Capella University. Capella, FlexPath, and GuidedPath are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the coursework we support.
What you are buying
Original study materials and tutoring services: model papers and samples written to your assignment's requirements, walkthrough explanations, editing and proofreading of your drafts, coaching, and related academic support such as research assistance and paperwork preparation. Deliverables are provided to you as learning materials. You retain responsibility for the work you submit to your institution, and your use of our materials is governed by your school's academic integrity policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate assignment details, rubrics, and deadlines; scope and price are quoted from what you send.
- Do not share institutional login credentials with us; we do not want them and will not use them.
- Use delivered materials in a manner consistent with your institution's policies.
Turnaround, revisions, and the guarantee
Standard deliverables target delivery within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation; larger projects receive a scoped timeline before payment. If a graded deliverable we supported returns below the agreed target, Distinguished on FlexPath-style scoring or an A on letter-graded work, we will revise it free of charge until it meets the target. The guarantee applies to work we produced and covers revision service; it is not a promise of any specific academic outcome, which no service can truthfully make.
Payment and refunds
Prices are quoted before work begins and charged through a secure third-party processor. If we fail to deliver a scoped order, you receive a full refund of that order. Completed and delivered work is covered by the revision guarantee rather than refunds, except where required by law.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, delivered materials are licensed to you for personal educational use. We retain the right to our methods, templates, and internal tooling. We never resell or republish work produced for you.
Acceptable use
We refuse orders that require impersonating a student to an institution, accessing institutional systems, sitting proctored examinations on someone's behalf, or violating law. Exam-related services are limited to preparation and coaching.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including academic or professional consequences of how materials are used.

Updated terms take effect when posted here. Continued use of the service after posting constitutes acceptance. Questions go through the contact page.
